Cancellation Policy
At Vive, we value your time and strive to provide the best care possible. To help us serve all patients efficiently, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that emergencies may arise, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee (or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable). 
- 
No-shows will also be charged the cancellation fee. 
Refund Policy
All sales for aesthetic treatment are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances once treatment has been rendered.
Exception may be made only in cases of extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Vive Wellness & Med Aesthetics. Any such exceptions will be evaluated individually and do not establish a precedent for future cases.
Payment Policy
At Vive, payment is required in full at the time of services. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards, HSA cards, Care Credit.
All services must be paid for in their entirety on the same day they are rendered. We do not offer payment plans or delayed billing.
